A few months back, developer nDreams announced Fracked, a PlayStation VR exclusive first person shooter, and it looked pretty damn good. Well, the game continues to look promising in this latest trailer, showing off a few minutes of gameplay.
In it, the player engages in firefights with interdimensional humanoids, and what's clear is that you'll have total freedom of movement — no on-rails mobility or teleporting here. It looks like it'll keep you moving as well, with zip lines, ladders, and other ways to get around. There will be some cool set-piece moments, such as escaping a collapsing elevator, or skiing down a slope to jump to a helicopter. It all looks pretty impressive to us.
The game is still pencilled in for release this summer, with enhancements to the experience if you play on PS5 rather than PS4. Are you looking forward to Fracked? Put on some thermals in the comments section below.

Just watching a few seconds of this trailer makes me want to chunder.
I would never be able to use VR
Was there no coverage of the PSVR showcase? Arashi: Castles of Sin looks very good.
This looks really good, definitely be picking it up, haven't played anything on vr for a while now but this looks like something to get the headset out.

@Quintumply
Ta very muchly, I clearly missed this, despite my all too frequent visitation to this site.
@GoodGame I love VR, but all the games that you move with the joystick are awful for me when it comes to motion sickness, other games like Astrobot are no problem.
This one if there is no savepoint every 10 minutes I'll never be able to play.
More VR goodness. Count me in.
@Quintumply Not sure if worth mentioning but Racket Fury is currently free on store for PS Plus members whilst we're on the PSVR subject. Possible error.
@lessthanleo Good spot, still there, thanks!
@Steel76 I’d not count on that as the tracking system should be different therefore developer will need to update every game to work with PSVR2.
But given the latest Sony communication debacle I wouldn’t freak out if PSVR2 still has lights for tracking. Not that would be cool but they mislead so much that I do expect everything from Sony.
This, Dash Dash World, After the Fall, Arashi, Sniper Elite, Rhythms of the Universe and Windlands 2 are probably most anticipated for me. The library is getting bigger with decent titles which is good before psvr 2 comes and erases interest in developing for the OG headset.
@lessthanleo Thanks! Just got it.
Also, I got confused Arashi with Samurai Slaughter House on the other article, hence the conflict of statements.
That looks pretty decent👌
